Over medium-high heat, using a cast-iron skillet or flat top add 1 tsp EVOO, Butter and place Steelhead Trout skin side down and cook until skin is crispy about 4 mins, flip cook for another 2 minutes or until Trout is cooked through at the recommended temperature of 145 F or desired doneness
For Mushroom Rice
In a medium pan over medium-high heat, add Olive Oil, Butter, Garlic, Onions, Mushrooms, salt, and saute for about 3 to 5 mins. Add rice and continue to saute for 2 mins. Add water, bullion, red pepper stir, reduce heat to low, cook for 15 minutes.
