For Salmon (Oven Method)
Oven Method: Using a 13 x 9 in. baking dish, stir ingredients and pour over salmon. Refrigerate 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Remove salmon, place on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven at 350 F for about 20 mins.
For Salmon (Smoked Method)
Smoked Method: Using indirect heat, place salmon skin side down on grill grates or if you prefer use a grill mat and smoke at 225 F or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F.
