Lola’s Spices Southwest Shrimp Tacos
1 Tbl Lola’s Spices Southwest Blend
1 Lb. Shrimp (peel and deveined)
2 Tsp. Olive oil
1 Lime *quartered
Combine Lola’s Spices Southwest Blend, Shrimp, and Olive Oil until coated. Over medium heat sauté shrimp and a squeeze of lime. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tails curl and shrimp are opaque!
You can preheat your tortillas and keep warm until your ready to serve! Garnish with your favorite taco toppings!
Lola's Spices Southwest Sauce
1 tsp. Lola's Spices (any Seasoning Blend.) 1/4 cup Yogurt (plain, non-flavored.)
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 lime or lemon (squeezed)
Combine all ingredients together and chill in fridge for 20 minutes.
