1 Lb Halibut *6 to 9 oz portions
2 tsp Lola’s Spices Cajun Blend
2 tsp Olive Oil
8 oz. Broccolini
1/4 cup chopped onion
*pinch of salt and pepper- *for broccolini
1 lemon - *optional zest for garnish
Preheat oven 375°F, on a sheet pan spray or brush Halibut with EVOO and sprinkle liberally with Lola’s Spices Cajun blend on both sides. Add Broccolini adjacent to Halibut drizzle with EVOO add a pinch of salt and pepper- add zest of lemon for an extra kick of citrus. Cook together for about 10 to 12 minutes. *Its is recommended to cook halibut to an internal temperature of 125° F. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
